Q: What is a retail loan?
A: "You want it, We finance it" Why rent when you can own? We will finance electronics, appliances, jewelry, cosmetic surgery and vacations or anything else you can think of. Our loan term is 18 months.

Q: What if I have poor credit?

Q: How soon can I receive my loan?
A:
We can approve your loan application in a matter of minutes; after you send us
the required documents. We can deposit funds into your account by the next
business day, or we pay your bill or invoice as long as you apply by 5 pm.
Q: What documents do you require for me to fax in?

Q: When will I hear from you?
A:
After you have faxed in these required documents, we
will contact you by either email or phone within one
hour about the status of your loan during normal
business hours, Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm CST). For
applications submitted after normal business hours, we
will contact you first thing the next business day.
Q: How do I receive the loan, and how do I repay the loan?
A:
When you apply for an CILA loan or retail loan, you
authorize us to directly deposit the approved amount
into your account. You also authorize us to directly
withdraw from your account the same amount plus our
fee.
Q: How do I know the amount you withdraw from my account is the amount you say?
A:
Since we are authorized to use the Federal Reserve Wire
System (example), we must abide by the NACHA rules and
regulations that regulate our lending practices. The
amount we withdraw from your account will be the amount
that you have authorized.
Q: What is an A.P.R.?
A:
An A.P.R. is the annualized percentage rate of your
CILA and retail loans.
Q: How do you determine the amount of money to loan me?
A:
State law generally regulates the maximum advance amount
available to our customers. Within the allowed range,
you qualify for a particular advance amount based on
your current income.
Q: Is my CILA loan confidential and secure?
A:
Absolutely, We transact all our loans on our secure SSL
server, utilizing the industry highest standard. Your
nonpublic information is completely confidential and
protected by our company
privacy policy
Q: How do you determine the due date?
A:
CILA loans are based on your next pay date. Duration
of loan will be determined by the date you take the loan
out and your next pay period. CILA loans are available in 24 month loans. Retail loans are 18 month loans in
which allotments are taken out of your checking account
every pay period for the duration of the loan.
Q: What happens if I don't have the funds necessary to repay you on my due date?
A:
You must contact us immediately! If you contact us
three-business days prior to the due date, we can make
arrangements for an extension. You
will responsible for NSF fees from debits that are
returned.
Q: Can I get an extension on my CILA loans?
A: NO
Q: Can I pay my loan back early?
A:
Yes, you can pay the loan back early. Contact us to let
us know that you want us debit your account earlier that
the due date. You may be entitled to a refund or
discount of the fees, depending on the date of your
payment.
Q: What about loan requests on Friday or the weekends?
A:
All Friday loan requests after 5pm will be funded on
Monday. All weekend requests will be treated as Monday
requests.
Q: In which state are you authorized to provide me loans?
A:
Illinois.
Q: Do you provide CILA loans or retail loans to military personnel?
A:
No
Q: How do I receive the merchandise for a retail loan?
A:
For a retail loan we may ship the merchandise to your house or purchase merchandise over phone and you pick it up and you authorize us to debit your bank account for payment.
