Q: What is an installment loan?
A: A quick and confidential way to get a loan for up to a 12 month period of time. Our loan terms are 6 or 12 months depending on qualifications. Loans up to $3,000.00.

Q: What is a retail loan?
A: "You want it, We finance it" Why rent when you can own? We will finance electronics, appliances, jewelry, cosmetic surgery and vacations or anything else you can think of. Our loan term is 18 months.

Q: What are the requirements for approval?
1. must have a checking account
2. must have current job for at least 3 months
3. valid state id or drivers license
4. net income of $300 a week

Q: What if I have poor credit?
A: No problem! Unlike many other financial intuitions, we do not require that you have good credit or, for that matter, any credit history at all. If you have any questions about qualifying please contact us.

Q: How soon can I receive my loan?
A: We can approve your loan application in a matter of minutes; after you send us the required documents. We can deposit funds into your account by the next business day, as long as you apply by 5 pm.

Q: What documents do you require for me to fax in?

Q: When will I hear from you?
A: After you have faxed in these required documents, we will contact you by either email or phone within one hour about the status of your loan during normal business hours, Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm CST). For applications submitted after normal business hours, we will contact you first thing the next business day.

Q: How do I receive the loan, and how do I repay the loan?
A: When you apply for an installment loan or retail loan, you authorize us to directly deposit the approved amount from you account. You also authorize us to directly withdraw from your account the same amount plus our fee.

Q: How do I know the amount you withdraw from my account is the amount you say?
A: Since we are authorized to use the Federal Reserve Wire System (example), we must abide by the NACHA rules and regulations that regulate our lending practices. The amount we withdraw from your account will be the amount that you have authorized.

Q: What is an A.P.R.?
A: An A.P.R. is the annualized percentage rate of your installment and retail loans. Please refer to our A.P.R Disclosure for more information, so you can make an informed financial decision.

Q: How do you determine the amount of money to loan me?
A: State law generally regulates the maximum advance amount available to our customers. Within the allowed range, you qualify for a particular advance amount based on your current income.

Q: Is my installment loan confidential and secure?
A: Absolutely, We transact all our loans on our secure SSL server, utilizing the industry highest standard. Your nonpublic information is completely confidential and protected by our company privacy policy

Q: How do you determine the due date?
A: Installment loans are based on your next pay date. Duration of loan will be determined by the date you take the loan out and your next pay period. Installment loans are available in 6 and 12 month loans. Retail loans are due on the 15th of each month. Retail loans are 18 month loans in which allotments are taken out of your checking account every pay period for the duration of the loan.

Q: What happens if I don't have the funds necessary to repay you on my due date?
A: You must contact us immediately! If you contact us two-business day prior to the due date, we can make arrangements for an extension. If you do not contact us two-business days prior to the due date, we will charge you additional interest on top of the interest that you have accrued through the duration of the loan. You will responsible for NSF fees from debits that are returned.

Q: Can I get an extension on my installment loans?
A: Yes! If you are unable to repay your loan on the due date, you can extend your loan for another term. Please note that we only allow 3 extensions.

Q: Can I pay my loan back early?
A: Yes, you can pay the loan back early. Contact us to let us know that you want us debit your account earlier that the due date. You may be entitled to a refund or discount of the fees, depending on the date of your payment.

Q: What about loan requests on Friday or the weekends?
A: All Friday loan requests after 5pm will be funded on Monday. All weekend requests will be treated as Monday requests.

Q: In which state are you authorized to provide me loans?
A: All of them, but not all loan types apply to all states.

Q: Do you provide intallment loans or retail loans to military personnel?
A: No

Q: How do I receive the merchandise for a retail loan?
A: For a retail loan we will ship the merchandise to your house and you authorize us to debit your bank account for payment. .
