An Installment Loan is a quick, easy, and confidential way to get a loan. Installment loans have terms longer then traditional payday loans. Generally, these loans can be approved at a higher dollar amount then payday loans. Terms vary by state; terms can range from 3 to 24 months, repaid gradually in scheduled payments over the term of the loan. In most instances, Installment loans can be paid off early with no penalties or prepayment fees. Most installment loans are pro-rated, so early payments generally mean less interest has accrued then what was scheduled. Installment loans are only available in certain states.

Q: What is a Line of Credit?
A: A line of credit is an open ended credit account where you are approved for a credit limit of a certain amount and you can request cash advances or draws up to your credit limit at any time. Interest and reoccurring fees are charged for the period of time until the money is paid back. Terms and Fees vary by state and are only available in certain states. The application process only takes a few minutes and you may qualify with less then perfect credit. Once your application and Line of Credit are approved you will be able to request cash and draws up to your approved credit limit. While your line of credit is open you may request additional funds when needed, up to your available credit limit. Generally, if you make timely payments on your Line of Credit, additional credit limits can be applied for.

Q: What do I need to qualify for a cash advance?
A: To qualify for a loan, it is not necessary to have good credit or a credit history. Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, 18 years of age or older, have a reliable source of income (employment or monthly benefits), an open and active bank account (some lenders require Direct Deposit), and in most cases, income greater then $1,000 monthly. If the terms of the agreement are not suitable for you, simply do not sign, and re-apply on our site. You will not be charged for not accepting loan terms. After you resubmit an application, All Credit Lenders will attempt to find you a different lender. Depending on the state you reside, you may be eligible for different types of loans, including a Payday Advance, Payday Loans, Cash Loans, Installment Loans, Fast Cash, Fast Loans, Bad Credit Loans, CILA loans, Short Term Consumer Loans, Line of Credit Loans, Retail Loans, or a Deferred Deposit Loan.

Q: If I submit an application, do I have to take out a loan?
No. When you submit a loan application, you are not required to complete the loan process. It is important to finish the application so All Credit Lenders can find you the best loan that suits you. If you don't want the loan or the terms are unacceptable to you after you are approved, then do not sign the loan documents. If in fact you do sign the agreement and if you receive the funds in your account and you did not want the loan, you should immediate contact the lender and return the funds immediately. State laws vary and some states allow up to 24-48 hours to rescind the loan if you return the funds to the lender within this time.


Q: Is there an application fee?
A: No. All Credit Lenders does not charge any fees associated to the application process. Fees are charged and interest accrues in accordance with your Loan documents only after you accept the loan and the funds have been deposited in your account. All Credit Lenders is here to assist you in finding a loan that fits your needs. You can submit as many applications as you desire until the loan that fits your needs has been found. .

Q: What if the matched lender does not approve me?
A: All Credit Lenders is a lender that provides loans, as well as, works with a large affiliate network of nationwide lenders. All Credit Lenders does not guarantee you to be approved for the loan or that the loan that you are approved for will meets your financial needs or that the terms will be acceptable to you. All Credit Lenders will, however, try our best to find a lender for you, if All Credit Lenders cannot provide the loan itself. If All Credit Lenders has matched you with a lender, All Credit Lenders will not know the status of your loan, please contact that lender for any further information on your loan. If you were not approved the first time, you may fill out an additional application and All Credit Lenders will attempt to match you with another lender. To do this, start at the Members page (at the bottom of the home page), sign in, and then click new loan. At this point, All Credit Lenders will match you with another lender. If All Credit Lenders is providing the funding for you, you can check the status of your loan Monday thru Friday, 10am to 6pm. .

Q: How much can I receive?
A: Your first loan with All Credit Lenders is based on all the information you have provided to us in your application. On your initial loan with All Credit Lenders, you may be able to qualify for up to $2,000. All Credit Lenders can lend more than $2,000 to better qualified applicants and customers who qualify for our Customer Loyalty Program.

Q: How do I qualify for the Customer Loyalty Program?
A: All Credit Lenders offers a unique program that rewards our customers with lower interest rates and fees and the option to borrow more money at reduced rates. To qualify for the program, you must make a certain number of consecutive on time payments without default or delay.

Q: What is the Customer Loyalty Program?
A: All Credit Lenders is proud to offer the Customer Loyalty Program to customers who meet the qualifications.
The advantage of this program is that you don't have to do anything special all you have to do is make at least 10 consecutive payments on time without delay and continue to use our services and your rates will be lower for your next loan. After your first loan, and 10 on time payments, you will qualify for our customer loyalty program. Currently, there are 3 levels available for loyal customers.

1. Gold Level Rates: This is the initial level for your first loan.
2. Silver Level Rates: Once you make 10 consecutive payments on time without default, you will qualify for a lower rate and Silver Level Rates on your renewal or next loan.
3. Platinum Level Rates: Once you make 14 additional consecutive payments on time without default (24 total), you will qualify for our best available rate and Platinum Level Rates on your renewal or next loan. Once you reach this level, you will also receive every 37th consecutive payment Free!!


Q: Do I need collateral for a cash advance loan?
A: All Credit Lenders does not require personal or real property collateral or assignment of a vehicle title. You may be requested to sign an EFT agreement or wage assignment in certain states and in certain states EFT Agreements and Wage Assignment are considered security for your loan.

Q: Do I need a co-signer for a cash advance loan?
A: No, All Credit Lenders specializes in offering loans to people with bad or little credit. If your credit is bad, if you have no credit, or your prior history with other lenders has not been excellent, All Credit Lenders can work with you to build your lending opportunities.

Q: Do I need to own my home to qualify for a Cash Advance?
A: No, All Credit Lenders does not qualify you based on your current living situation. Whether you rent, own, or stay with a friend or family, you may still qualify for a loan. This information will not affect your application for credit.

Q: What if I only have a savings account?
A: All Credit Lenders provides loans to applicants with Checking, Savings, and Pre-Paid Debit Cards. All Credit Lenders also work with a nationwide network of trusted lenders that will also provide loans to these individuals. Please note that in order to electronically transfer funds to your account, All Credit Lenders will need you to provide us with your routing and account number.

Q: What if I only have a pre-paid debit card?
A: All Credit lenders require all applicants that have a pre-paid debit card to have Direct Deposit to that card. If you do not have Direct Deposit to your pre-paid debit card, then you will not qualify. To electronically transfer funds to your account, All Credit Lenders will need you to provide us with your routing and account number.

Q: What If I have fixed income or benefits?
A: All Credit Lenders will provide loans to applicants that have monthly benefits. Typically, you must receive $1,000 a month or greater to qualify although other lender may have different qualifications. Those applicants will be required to have direct deposit to qualify for a loan in a store location, as well as, an internet loan. When applying, please enter your benefit provider as your employer, the phone number to the benefit provider as the employment phone number (enter your phone number if this phone number is unavailable), and enter the number of months you have been receiving your benefits as your length of employment.

Q: What are the hours of operation?
A: All Credit Lenders will accept applications 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year, including holidays.

Internet Department Processing Hours: All Credit Lenders will process internet applications during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday 10am to 6pm CST.

If All Credit Lenders is unable to assist you with a loan, your application will be sent to one of our nationwide trusted lenders. Sometimes the lender will need additional information that can only be done during regular business hours. Hours of operation do vary depending on the lender and the time zone you are applying in. Most lenders are closed on weekends and holidays. Once your application is submitted, All Credit Lenders will try to match you with a lender that is open at the time of the application. As a reminder, all lenders can only deposit money into your bank account when your bank is open.


Q: How do bank holidays affect my loan?
A: For holidays that fall on Saturday, Federal Reserve Banks and branches are open the preceding Friday. For holidays that fall on Sunday, Federal Reserve Banks and branches are closed the following Monday. If your loan is approved on a weekend or bank holiday, typically your funds will be sent the next business day. You should contact the lender directly to confirm when the money will be deposited to your account. Also, contact your bank to verify when funds should be available.

Q: Do you provide loans Nationwide?
A: All Credit lenders is licensed to do loans in the state of IL. If you are a Wisconsin applicant, you can apply at https://www.allcreditlenderswi.com. Nationwide cash advance services are available in states that allow cash advance loans. All Credit Lenders has a large nationwide network of trusted lenders who can lend in most states. Apply once, and we will attempt to match you with a lender that can provide you with an advance. If that lender or the terms of the loan are not suitable to you, you can apply as many times as it takes and we will attempt to find the lender that meets your needs.

Q: How can I tell when my loan is approved?
A: All Credit Lenders, or the lender that has accepted your application, will contact you through email and/or by phone. Once you are approved, you will be contacted immediately. If you were approved by All Credit Lenders, you can view your account status in the Members area on the home page.

Q: How long does it take to get the cash after I apply?
A: After you hit submit on your application, All Credit Lenders or the lender you have been matched with, will receive your information immediately. Your application will then begin processing during regular business hours. You will be contacted almost immediately after submission of your application. The process usually takes 30 minutes, in some cases it may take longer. Once you have signed and accepted the terms of the loan, the money will be deposited and available the next banking day.

Q: How do you determine the fees I pay?
A: The interest and fees charged vary based on both Federal and state laws. Fees and interest generally fluctuate between $16 and $30 per hundred borrowed, depending on the type of loan you get, state regulations and your personal criteria. The amount of your fees and interest will depend on the lender you are matched with and the state laws in your area. These fees and interest will be stated in the contract that you will be able to review before you sign. If the fees are not acceptable to you, then do not sign, and apply again though the members page of All Credit Lenders.

Q: Does my loan performance get reported to the credit reporting agencies?
A: Typically, Cash Advance loans are not reported to the credit reporting agencies. However, in the event of non-payment, the lender may report such non payment to credit reporting agencies or agencies which collect consumer reports.

Q: When will I need to make my first payment?
A: Typically, your loan or payment will be due on your next pay date. This could be anywhere between 3 and 30 days after you take out the initial loan, depending on your pay dates and source of income. Because every state varies, this does depend on your location.

If you missed your payment date you should contact our representative immediately, within 1 day of the missed payment. The contact phone number is located on your Contract or you can log into our website and locate a number to reach us.

Q: What happens if my account is forwarded to the Legal Department?
If your account is past due or in default, you should take immediate action to contact us. You may receive a correspondence and phone calls from our Company regarding this issue. You should contact our Corporate Office at 888-853-8172 immediately. Any delay can have severe consequences and may result in Legal Action against you.

Q: What happens if I fail to respond to the Legal Department correspondence or phone calls?
If you fail to make the scheduled payment, or don’t make arrangements with the company regarding your payment, then you are not fulfilling your financial obligations as agreed upon in the contract, this is breach of contract. The Company may proceed with any necessary legal steps to recover potential loss.
